About Autoworkflowpro
A Wan Chai desk focused on document request tracking for financial audits — practical coordination for Hong Kong entities and their auditors.
Why we exist
Hong Kong year-end seasons leave finance teams buried under auditor requests: bank confirmations, revenue cut-off packs, lease schedules, related-party listings. Those asks arrive in waves. Without a single register, items reopen at clearance and weekends disappear. Autoworkflowpro was formed to keep document request tracking as a dedicated discipline — not a side task for already stretched controllers.
How we work
We sit between the client preparers and the external audit team. Our coordinators speak the language of PBC lists, working-paper references, and engagement letters. Meetings can happen at Harbour Centre, 25 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or online when subsidiaries sit across the harbour or abroad.
People
Our desk mixes former audit seniors familiar with Hong Kong statutory work and operations coordinators who keep registers current. We do not replace your auditor. We make sure the evidence they asked for has an owner, a date, and a closed status.
Values in practice
- Specificity over slogans — every engagement starts from the actual request letter, not a template brochure.
- Shared visibility — client and auditor see the same statuses; no private shadow lists.
- Respect for confidential files — transfer methods follow the client’s and firm’s rules; we do not build a secondary document warehouse by default.
- Calm escalation — overdue lines go to named owners early, not the night before sign-off.
Community context
We serve trading groups, professional firms’ clients, and in-house finance teams preparing for audits under Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards. When the season ends, we archive the closed register so next year’s readiness review has a factual baseline.
