How Autoworkflowpro collects, uses, and retains personal data from site visitors and prospective clients.

Data we collect
- Contact form: name, email, engagement interest, optional entity count, message content
- Email / phone: details you send voluntarily
- Technical: IP address, browser type, and basic server logs needed to operate the site
- Cookies: see our Cookies page for essential and optional analytics cookies
We do not ask for identity card numbers, bank passwords, or full sets of audit working papers through the public form.
Purposes
- Respond to engagement enquiries about document request tracking for financial audits
- Prepare quotes and engagement letters
- Improve site reliability and, if accepted, understand aggregate visit patterns
- Meet legal or regulatory obligations when applicable
Legal basis (PDPO context)
We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong. Enquiry data is processed because you request a response. Analytics cookies run only if you accept them via the consent banner.
Retention
Enquiry emails and form submissions are kept up to 24 months after the last correspondence if no engagement starts, or for the retention period in the engagement letter if work proceeds (often aligned to the audit cycle plus a reasonable archive period). Server logs are rotated on a shorter operational schedule.
Recipients
Data stays with Autoworkflowpro staff and processors who host email or site infrastructure under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside Hong Kong, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection, including contractual clauses where appropriate. Audit evidence files under an engagement follow transfer rules agreed with the client.
Your rights
Subject to the PDPO, you may request access to and correction of your personal data. Contact info@autoworkflowpro.digital. You may also lodge concerns with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong.
Children
The site is aimed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
