Refunds and cancellations
When Autoworkflowpro refunds fees for document request tracking and related audit coordination engagements.
This policy applies to paid Autoworkflowpro engagements for document request tracking, PBC list coordination, and audit readiness reviews. It does not cover products, physical goods, or subscription software we do not sell.
Eligibility
Refunds are considered when written notice is given according to the engagement letter and the conditions below. Informal chat messages are not sufficient cancellation notice.
Timeframe
- Cooling-off before kick-off: If you cancel in writing before the agreed kick-off date and before we have begun list setup, any deposit is refundable in full within 14 business days.
- After kick-off: Fees for work already performed (hours or completed milestones) are non-refundable. Unused future milestones may be refunded on a partial basis at our discretion after deducting work done and committed third-party costs.

Non-refundable items
- Completed readiness notes and delivered PBC registers
- Workshops already held at Harbour Centre or client sites
- Rush premiums for engagements started inside open fieldwork
- Third-party costs expressly approved by you (e.g. courier of confirmation letters)
Process
Email info@autoworkflowpro.digital with the engagement reference, reason, and preferred refund method. We confirm eligibility within five business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are paid within 14 business days to the original payment account where possible, or by HKD bank transfer to an account you nominate.
Cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, no-shows
- Rescheduling workshops with at least five business days’ notice is usually free once per engagement.
- Deposits secure kick-off capacity during peak Hong Kong audit months (January–March); forfeiture rules appear in the engagement letter if you cancel inside the notice window after setup has begun.
- No-shows for agreed workshops without 24 hours’ notice may be charged as delivered time.
Work already started
Once document request lines are imported and owners assigned, that milestone is considered started. Materials we prepared for your register remain subject to confidentiality; copies may be provided as part of an orderly wind-down.
Exceptions
Statutory rights under Hong Kong law that cannot be excluded remain available. Engagement letters may state stricter or more specific terms for a given audit cycle; where they conflict with this page, the signed letter controls.
